William Moore is a results-oriented leader whose career has been shaped by service, strategy, and a deep commitment to safety. As a retired Command Chief Master Sergeant with the Air National Guard, William spent over two decades driving medical readiness, supervising diverse teams, and advising senior leadership on mission-critical operations. Whether improving occupational health programs or coordinating emergency responses across state and federal agencies, he has consistently delivered measurable impact.
Among his proudest accomplishments: transforming a unit’s medical readiness rate from 0% to 80% in just eight months, elevating another from the bottom 50% to the top 5 nationally, and managing the readiness and development of more than 1,000 airmen. His ability to turn around underperforming systems with strategic clarity and collaborative leadership is a hallmark of his approach.
William holds an AAS in Survival and Rescue Operations from the Community College of the Air Force and is certified as a Lean & Six Sigma Black Belt. His technical expertise is complemented by a long list of commendations, including the Air Force & Army Commendation Medals, Afghanistan and Iraq Campaign Medals, and the prestigious John L. Levitow Award for Excellence.
Today, in his civilian role at American Ready Mix, William continues to prioritize precision, communication, and safety while managing complex dispatch operations. A decorated veteran and a natural mentor, he remains dedicated to building resilient teams and safer work environments wherever he serves.
